How we deliver across Pakistan.
Coverage
We deliver to all major Pakistani cities and most towns through national courier networks.
Delivery time
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days from dispatch depending on city.
Delivery fee
Delivery charges are Rs. 250. For orders of Rs. 5,000 or above, delivery charges are Rs. 300. Final fees are shown at checkout.
Couriers
We work with reputable Pakistani courier partners. Specific courier names are confirmed at dispatch and visible in shipping confirmation messages.
Order tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive courier and tracking details on WhatsApp or email.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve with the courier.
