Eligibility
Sealed and unused items in their original packaging are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
Not eligible
Opened perfumes, body sprays, and personal care products are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.
How to return
Email or WhatsApp our team within 7 days of delivery. We'll share return instructions and the return address.
Refund method
Approved refunds are issued via bank transfer to the customer's nominated account. Cash refunds are not provided by courier.
Inspect on delivery
Cash on Delivery customers are encouraged to inspect parcels at the door and refuse delivery if a product is sealed-damaged or visibly wrong.
