Cash on Delivery — usually shortened to COD — means you don't pay anything when you place the order online. Instead, you pay the courier rider in cash when the parcel is handed to you. It's a payment method built for shoppers who want to inspect the parcel before paying, or who don't have a card or online banking set up.

Why COD is so common in Pakistan
COD removes the trust barrier from online shopping. New customers can try a store without sharing card details, and people in smaller towns can shop nationwide without needing a bank card. For online stores, COD widens the customer base — which is why most established e-commerce sites in Pakistan offer it.
What to expect when the courier arrives
The courier rider will call before reaching your address. Have the exact cash amount ready if you can — riders may not carry change for large notes. You can look at the outer packaging to make sure it's intact. Some couriers allow you to open the parcel before paying; others don't, depending on their policy.
If the parcel is visibly damaged or you've changed your mind, you can refuse it. Refusals are returned to us and you won't be charged.
When COD might not be available
Very remote areas, very high-value orders, or addresses with a history of refused parcels may not qualify for COD. In those cases, we'll let you know and offer an online payment option instead.
Tips for a smooth COD delivery
Use a phone number that's always reachable. If your address is in a building or a gated society, mention the landmarks. Pick up the call from the rider — undelivered COD parcels are sent back, which delays your order.
